I once wanted to buy this Ryougi fig at a con, but it was like 100 euro, so I checked it online and I could get it as low as 85 USD or ~9000 Yen with none or low shipping cost. In the end I bought a Saber instead for 30 euro.
Most of the time it's cheaper to just order stuff online. The more expensive something is the bigger the profit margin, so with cheaper stuff you are less likely to be swindled. Except if the anime is hot shit at the time, which was in the case of my Ryougi.

I could have bought this when it was still 60-70 USD, but I didn't and forgot about it for a while. Now it's like $150+ on ebay and out of print everywhere else.
