My sleeping schedule rotates left and right and all over the place, I settled on a good spot of waking up at 6am and falling asleep before/around midnight but one day I just slept 12 hours and that was that. Everyones body is different, everyones timezone is different, and everyones circumstances are different, so unfortunately I don't really think there's much any anon can do to help push you onto "the right schedule" beyond tips to help wake you up or help you fall asleep.
For example you can buy a light-switch with a timer on it that just turns on your lights at 3am/whatever given time if alarms don't wake you up. It was something I heavily considered doing myself back when I was at the complete opposite end of primetime, before I just decided that was a hassle and got some melatonin to force myself onto a right schedule. Then I got called a schizo by a schizo, for the maybe two anons who remember that inconsequential event.
