I don't see this being a problem at all.
Gen6 just had a collab with 70000 viewers and all the other girls that were streaming at the same time barely lost views from that. Sora for example went from around 3400 to 2900. And this is while Gen6 is still at peak interest.
Most people will keep watching who they already watch. But they will get more Hololive options to choose from when their favorites aren't streaming at the time. And the new girls are still able to attract their own new fans that aren't really invested in anyone else yet.
