IRL Horses are physically developed sufficiently to run major races as 2yearolds, so how young is 'loli' for a Centaur?
Otoh if Elves dont mature until their first few centuries, is it ok to fuck a 16yo Elf-ette?
Technically Greenwurms however old they are, are the immature form of Mothgurls so are they all 'loli' until after they cocoon?
The same issue occurs with size and form - shortstacks can be any age for their size or development.
The only reasonable standard is the Harkness Test and everything else is just personal preferences.
