To be clear, in hindsight, I should have kept up the reps while I was in Japan. I didn't realize how much downtime there would be (jetlag had me waking up at 4:30 or 5:00 AM, long before anything was open, and even though I was walking 3+ miles every day before going to Japan, walking around everywhere is still exhausting and you'll be going back to your hotel to end the day a decent while before you actually plan on going to sleep), and it would've been nice to be more productive with that time.

Still, I managed to hit the ground running upon my return, so I'm going to be proud of myself with that.
