There's a little bug on NeoDev with the large breasted pictures.
Reimu's regular summer picture while sleeping shows her without her red ribbon, while the large breasted one is the usual one from when she's awake. The bug makes the blush (and probably other effects too) show up misaligned, with an alignment that corresponds to where it should be on the regular pic.
