The boorus have a good tagging system, but it's not perfect. Some tags just aren't used as often as they should be, probably because they're a little more niche than the common ones.
Try using alternative tags that are ~90% what you want. Sometimes people try and consolidate two similar ones unofficially.

They also often fuck up some of the more obscure characters, like the PC98 hus. I can't really fault them for not knowing about the HRtP girls, but it's really funny nonetheless to see such blatant mistakes slip by because none of the taggers must know about them.
