Some of you may recall me mentioning that I found a file which contained a lot of settings for TDCG in tim1114.

The file contained settings for enhanced graphical features such as bloom and occlusion. Being the dunce I am I figured that they were simply settings files for TDCG to be copied into the settings folder, since the formatting was similar. When they didn't really do anything, I simply went back to testing other mods, but having come back to it I figured out how to it's supposed to be used.

Maybe I'm the only one who didn't catch on to this, but it's actually for use with a gaming addon called ENBSeries. For those of you who don't know about it, it can be dled here:
http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=4478
or any number of other sources. The version I see most Japanese users mentioning is ENBSeries GTA San Andreas beta v0.075s, so that's what I've linked to. I know there are higher versions but I will leave a correction on the version I've linked up to someone more graphically literate than I.

You simply unzip the file into your game folder(the same one obsdx9.exe is contained in) and then load the game. Press shift+f12 to activate the graphical effects. The file in tim1114 is someone's settings for the addon; unzip that into your game folder and overwrite the file that comes with the addon if you want to try their settings.

Both the attached file and many of the Japanese screenshots that are posted in these threads, including ones like >>6573200, are made by using this(although I haven't actually figured out how to make it alter the screenshots produced by the game yet).
