Moe Harukawa absolutely nails the look of Marisa, especially in ULiL. You can clearly see how TINY she is here, even compared to Reimu who's already short. They also look like the 20-something year old characters I'd imagine them to be around this point in time, as opposed to how she draws the young teens Akyuu and Kosuzu.
