Have done all that before during streams, like the whole love heart thing, high fives, blowing kisses, other more prolonged and weird gesture conversations.

It just doesn't do anything for me anymore, every single cam session ends up going the same way; wave hi, blow kisses/mime hugs, take it in turns doing cute poses and pretending to react to eachother, realise it's only been literally five minutes and you've run out of things to do, maybe stand up and do a few slow spins and a few more poses showing off your outfit, and then sit down and stare into space for the next hour or two whilst thinking about how the only reason the other kigs are even there is because you joined them after they'd started and not because they want to do stuff with you.
