With her old design your eyes would go to her skirt because of how big it was and the color, then her navel (her best feature) because of the shape of her clothes, chest because the same color of the skirt and then face because of the red frame
With the new design your eyes go to her ribbon because how fucking bright it is, then your attention is divided between the red frame in her neck and the shorts because of the shape of the clothes, and there's nothing that call attention to her face, there's not flow to her design anymore
