As a gyaru researcher I think that working alongside gyaru magazines would be a good start. You would start by offering to do gravure shootings with the available gyarus to get them accustomed to the camera crew and then proceed to ask them to sign with your company for AV. We have to support the already established gyaru magazines like 'egg' but also the newer ones like 'LOALO' (launched last year). Now that the original generation of gyarus have grown up and are still doing gyaru fashion these new gyarus have to know that there are work opportunities in adulthood as gyarus, that being AV gyarus.
