So bets on the Holohouse (Currently Lite)?

Will it be the best thing that has ever happened to Hololive, deepening the friendships of all the Chuubas who live there, providing us with lots of spontaneous fun, teetee moments, and casual collabs? Maybe even yuri relationships and R-18 livestreams of their lovemaking?

Or will it prove to be the beginning of the end for Hololive, as their personalities prove to be their downfall, arguments over money leading to strained or even broken friendships, tense collabs, passive aggressive tweets and videos, and ultimately, the dissolution of Hololive as an agency? (ala Team Siren)

Personally I hope for the former, but seeing as it's probably a bunch of mentally ill women, it could easily be the latter.
