Yes, and even in 三千世界's care it's also probably not a transcode despite what spectograms show. Furthermore, even in spectograms it doesn't look like it's a transcode. Take for example track 4 that has significant content above the usual 128kbps CBR lowpass point.

I personally think that one track (e.g. vocals) was trancoded to 128k CBR during mastering and made it into the final mix.
