Reposting some figures from an earlier thread.
The ratio of No. 1 votes to other votes for all the characters with more than 100 points, since the 5th poll.
A ratio of 0.4 basically mean that for every 2.5 "normal" vote a character recieves, they on average get one "No. 1 vote". Youmu has been fairly high since the 11th poll, compared to most characters. Note that a high ratio doesn't mean that the character receives many votes (see Wriggle, who has also had a high ratio for years), but rather that more people who do end up voting for a given character give that character their No. 1 vote. Thus, a statement such as "You either don't care enough about this character to vote for her, or you're crazy about this character" thus applies more to character with high ratios.

Follow up figure, excluding older results and coloring every major outlier and every character with 1/[2-7] ratio above 0.25 from this year.
What does this mean? I don't know.
