I understand the point you're making, but I can't help but laugh at Chrono Clock being used as an example of a title translated fully into English. If we were to argue semantics I could claim that translating Japanese text into romaji does not qualify as a full translation. What tickles me even more is how the same script refused to use honorifics, went with "dearest brother" instead of "nii-sama", and "insert name" instead of "senpai" because no one in the western world uses honorifics so it confuses the jinsei out of us, amirite my tomodachis?
