In the previous thread I asked if anyone had any self-made JAV scenarios that they wanted to share, or maybe just a favorite scenario from a real JAV movie that they wanted to talk about. I only got one scenario in reply, but I liked it and responded with some suggestions of my own that I'd like that add to it. I'm still interested in hearing about self-made or favorite scenarios from you guys, but the main purpose of my upcoming posts is to share a self-made scenario that I came up with over the last couple of days. It's likely not the most inventive and original scenario ever and it is definitely designed to first and foremost cater to several of my personal fetishes. I'm still hoping that some you may want to comment on it with suggestions or other feedback. Before you go any further, be warned that this shit is gonna be ridiculously long and detailed, so it's definitely gonna be tl;dr for a lot of people. That's how I like my porn though.

The scenario can be called "oyakodon harem with impregnation after saving a suicidally depressed mother-in-law", and it borrows quite a few elements from scenarios I've seen in real JAV movies, particularly ones featuring mature women. My scenario has three primary characters, a young man in his early 20s (our MC), his wife (about the same age as the MC) and the wife's mother in her mid-40s (the MC's mother-in-law). In short, the story we're looking at is that of a young man helping his mother-in-law recover from an extremely ugly divorce through a combination of conversation therapy and a huge amount of sex. The younger wife is not cuckqueaned, instead, the man takes it upon himself to convert his marriage into a mother-and-daughter harem. Due to porn logic this works out extremely well, with both women quickly getting on board with the idea and the three of them ending up in a happy long-term relationship. By the end of the scenario, both women have given birth to the MC's healthy children, and are again heavily pregnant.

That's the high-level overview. The rest of this post and the followup posts will pretty much be a shot-by-shot description of how I intend the scenario to play out as a movie.

Our 20-something couple's marriage is generally a happy one, but the MC is sometimes frustrated by his wife. First of all, she has an extremely low sex drive and the couple very rarely have sex. She does put in a lot of effort when she actually puts out though, and will routinely cosplay and roleplay with the husband when they fuck (this will come up again later). He greatly appreciates as a huge fan of both cosplay and sexual roleplay, but at the same time he really wishes they could have sex more often. The second thing that annoys the MC is that while he strongly desires to have children, the wife absolutely doesn't. She says she'd rather focus on her career (despite this being a monotonous, dead-end job as an underpaid and unappreciated accountant), but might consider it "at some later point in time". Finally, the wife is absolutely shit at cooking and constantly leaves all household chores to the husband. Despite these minor annoyances, the husband loves his wife deeply and she loves him.

At the beginning of the scenario, the young wife's parents (male MC's parents-in-law), get divorced. It turns out the father-in-law has been cheating on his wife for years with numerous younger women, and now he has finally decided to leave her and instead marry a vapid thot who is literally a year younger than their daughter. This comes as an enormous shock to the mother-in-law, who has remained fiercely loyal to her husband for the entire duration of their marriage. After their daughter (the young wife) was born, the father-in-law lost all sexual interest in his wife, and, being an ultra-devoted and submissive wife, she exclusively blamed herself for this. She has put an enormous amount of effort into staying in shape and using every trick in the book to remain as physically attractive as possible, with a style and mannerisms that are seductive, yet elegant and fitting for a mature woman. As a result she is incredibly attractive for a woman in her mid-40s, yet her asshole husband has spent the last 20 years treating her like shit and fucking dumb college-age sluts behind her back.
