Is there any actual justification to issuing C&D's to games like this? It seems like such a waste of effort, it's someone elses hard work as free advertising for your games. The fact that it took as long as it did for a leak seems to imply he wasn't exactly making a fortune off it either. I've never played a Battle Network game before but this is a lot of fun.

The main Battle Network games usually have 10 or so chapters, final boss included. So we still haven't reached the halfway point yet.
Of course, this is assuming there are just as many chapters in Shanghai.EXE.
