Your point of view seems to be that it's a rare condition to begin with and most people who have it are harmful, when all I've seen indicates it's super widespread and a very small minority ever acts on it. As long as we can't agree on the premise, we're not even discussing the same thing. But during this small exchange already you've assumed a bunch of stuff about me, called me a liar and said I'm being rightfully judged. To original anon's point, it's really hard to try to have an open minded discussion against malice.
