I wouldn't suggest it. Stick with HGs for now and just take your time. Never rush into the other grades unless you feel confident enough.
My best suggestion is to just follow the instructions one by one. Don't rush ahead and cut out pieces in advance of you will end up losing parts. Also always have enough space to lay out each of the runners flat. This is paramount when you go up a grade
Rushing can lead to mistakes. Building a kit isn't about how fast you can build it. It's about the path leading to it. Take breaks, remember to clean up occasionally, and above all, have fun
Once you feel comfortable enough, go up a grade
