Stage 5 Boss - Faith is for the Transient People
Stage 6 - Cemetery of Onbashira~ Grave of Being
Stage 6 Boss - Gensokyo Millenium ~ History of the Moon
Extra - UFO Romance in the Night Sky
Extra Boss - Reach for the Moon, Immortal Smoke

I like most of the extra stage, stage 5 and stage 1 themes more than any of the other stage themes. That being said, I probably like Gensokyo Millenium more than any Touhou theme.

I haven't heard enough songs from most of the PC-98 games because I almost never play them.
