Depends on what you have and what you need, some essentials include:

>A basic ASW set enough for 1 fleet, enough for 4-3 DD/CL grinding and others
>Reppuu, at least 8 to fill 2 carriers worth (this is really important)
>Blue planes in general to replace the crappy defaults
>Radars if you don't have any
>At least 4 of Sanshiki and Tekkoudan
>46cms until you feel you have enough
