I initially began with it just being background noise but grew to find the streams entertaining enough to devote attention to them. Nowadays though they're motivation to better myself due to Ina, and in the last two months I've:
>Began learning how to cook and bake
>Began learning proper nutrition and restarted my fit reps
>Began learning how to draw
>Began prioritizing my health over my wants (sleeping properly instead of staying up, etc.)
>Began developing good study habits due to the stuff above (studying while doing archive reps)
It's pretty good

After calming down a bit from the constant whiplash, I now think that this collab was one of the top ones. There was only a single awkward moment and it was turned into comedy by Kiara.
