That's a shame. I find the arm interesting because it's literally an entire part of her character that is only ever hinted at, yet could vastly change Kasen's character arc and story as a whole, if only we knew more. Is she her own person now? Is she irredeemable? If both parts of Ibaraki-douji could get a chance to sit and talk, how much would they have in common, and how much would be different after the thousand years of imprisonment/asceticism?

One COULD reduce it down to "the arm is pure evil and it got sealed away again, happy ending", but that would nip so many interesting ideas in the bud.
