I did read one doujin that made me feel bad.
A girl and her sister (both delicious brown) get forced into prostitution by people who lure and kidnapped them. Near the end of the doujin they attempt an escape.
I thought it would be great: if they escape then we get a happy ending, but if they get caught then we get more lewd pages.

One of the girls gets shot in the leg and when her sister goes to help her, the sister gets shot in the head. The surviving girl is amputated because they can't operate and is forced to be an amputee sex slave.
That was just not okay at all for me.
