The profiles don't explicitly say they have sex with the men they release, only that they violate them. So I'm imagining they do things like handjobs, blowjobs, etc. but don't actually have sex unless they intend to keep the man.

Course the profile also ends with the Wandering Scholar saying he is uncertain just how baphomet mate selection actually works, so we should probably trust Runya Runya and other baphomets in World Guide 3 more regarding this. Notably World Guide 3 to my knowledge says nothing about baphomets releasing men or raping ones they have no love for.
