There is a plugin for 2ch, so probably one for 4chan could be made.

Possible drawbacks:
- Pronunciation in English
- Dealing with >>xxxxxxxx
- Voicebank of words

Concerning vocaloids who could possibly be used on their own:

Luka can sing in both English and Japanese and Miku is geting a V3 English voicebank as well as a V3 Japanese voicebank.
Although from what I've heard of Miku's English voicebank it doesn't sound really good and Luka's isn't very flexible.

BouyomiChan has the function to read text that you've typed in so it is easy to test.
