Higurashi Sui is probably what you want.
It has pretty much all released arcs, from the original ones to the extra ones from other console ports, and the ones adapted from the manga. I think there are around 20 arcs in total?
Combined with high production values like nice backgrounds, a few CGs in every arc, over 100 BGMs, fully voiced with a damn good cast (i.e. Wakamoto, Sawashiro, OnoD, Nakamura) and great special effects.

It's pretty much a combination of all the previous ports, with added voicing for everything that wasn't voiced before and polished assets. This leads to some wonky CG artwork, but otherwise is pretty much perfect. I don't think there's any other release that comes close to this one.
