32-33 is one of the "harder" levels. No more chain quests to level you almost instantly, etc.
My suggestion is to go get the guild quest. You can stack 1-2 map REP quests on with it and just grind it out. It's not really "good" but it's not horrible, either. It's the best option, anyway.

Levelling after that is "kind of" easier until 37. But getting to 40 from their is a pain in the ass, especially once you hit 38.
But it's a lot more fun/bearable if you have a constant 2-3 other people you party around with and do REP's with.
I came over on a completely non-related to JP clique and 3/4 of my group are 40 character already.


PS: Whoever's responsible for that thread on Aeria's forums is a fag. Though, that probably also goes without saying.
