It's literally just Gura causing this split. Shes the special snowflake holo and she " doesn't feel comfortable" interacting with the JPS even though she does this full time. This isn't even about competency. Shes actually just not putting in any effort at all to learn JP so she can interact with the senpai who layed the foundation for her success. Selfish and her genmates suffer as a result.
