this is based on multiple tierlists, some I don't agree with
Personally I'd say I predict something like this:

SS: Chiyari
S: Reimu, Yachie,
A+: Zanmu, Yuuma, Enoko, Ran
A: Seiran, Suika, Marisa
B+: Hisami, Orin
B: Biten, Mamizou, Saki,
C+: Nazrin, Tsukasa
C/D: Aun, Sanae

Actually Nazrin is better in the main game simply because her L2 deletes activated EXs of Yuuma, Yachie, Saki and technically Orin but only for few seconds.

The issue is, Orin and Zanmu are also spirit detonators and way better at it than Nazrin is. So yeah, she's not terrible, she's still way better than Tsukasa, Aun and Sanae are in my opinion.
