You're not wrong, but this information is irrelevant to the more fundamental question of why an image containing both an on-topic character and an off-topic character is inherently off-topic.
This is like arguing that an image of Fubuki with Doraemon makes the picture off-topic because Doraemon does not exist in Kantai Collection. That would also imply that the image is off-topic for a Doraemon thread as well, and would mean that the image cannot be posted in both despite having some degree of relevance in both.

That you do not even address this point and instead hyper-focus on the off-topic element is unreasonable, intentionally or otherwise.
