I don't really care for the Top 20. It's not really interesting. I'm mostly interested in what's below, and the stats that can be done from what Touhou Vote gives us.
For example, we can see that 54.78% is the average bulk of "underaged" voters for any given Touhou (Those that below in the Under 9, 9-14, and 14-19 brackets). If you click on Flandre in Touhou Vote, you can see her detailed stats. We can see that for her specifically, 67.07% of her votes come from these 3 brackets listed above.
