If a 70 lb twig with a tiny ribcage gets fake tits her underbust stays the same but she suddenly has disproportionately huge tits. That's why you have 89 cm G cups. If you put those same tits on a slightly meatier girl that's supposed to have them it turns into a E or F cup but they still look huge because they're still functionally the same size.
