Of all the dragons so far only the classic does that, and in fact she doesn't even really do that.

That is all defeating her in battle does is make her submissive. She can still love you just fine otherwise, she just will be rather tsundere about it.

Classic dragons don't refuse advances from men so much as many don't go to much effort to find men compared to other monsters. Such dragons are the ones that may die alone, the only humans that come to them being ones who try to slay them and that they thus drive away or kill. Like most monsters if a man came to them and offered love they would most certainly accept him, if again in a tsundere way.

That said if you don't want to go to the mountains, regular dragons are sometimes known to go man hunting in other areas and will grab a man who catches her eye. And of course you have more "urban" dragons like wyverns and such to choose from too.
