This is what I used to clear up to LD on hard. However, I don't have Nelson, who would be much better to use. I think this fleet could clear LD, especially with the debuff, but it would be a lot easier with Nelson. If use her, you should set up your fleet so that your AVs or installation busters are the ones joining in on her special attack.
I actually ended up dropping down to medium to farm for Nelson. I'm using NagaMutsu for that with great success.
