I think the problem is that not even the biggest services have that level of integration. YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, still use dingy links to get you from one site to the other. But a fully integrated streaming site would be a crowning jewel of JAV alongside a JAV recommender engine or a program that instantly orders your collection.
