I'm not saying she eventually gets outspoken and start being interesting if you don't already like her. I like Keyaki and boring girls so that's a plus.

That being said, she definitely grows a lot by 2016, being able to actually speak and show her chara when prompted. You can also see her being closer to what is probably her talkative self when shes with her close friends(Hori, Miria, Junna, Yamazaki) in Nogiten and the 46 Hour TVs.
In Agent Hazap she really was the weakest link though. They just paired her with Kotoko for the memes despite her most likely not being really invested in the show main point(weeb shit that's not Gundam).
