That's pretty cool, although the explosiveness of the orchid is more akin to blowing your load than a reversible movement. I find flowers which are able to reset their structures a tad more impressive such as the trigger plant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pg1k_mXes_E

It should be noted that most plants do move in response to touch stimuli, but such rapid movement is seemingly quite rare.
In terms of carnivores Venus flytraps are probably the most famous and bladderwort's vacuum trap the most complex structure, I'm partial to the waterwheel plant since I used to have a couple in my pond. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdQSHSUVPzQ
