How does /jp/ cook its small fresh fish?

Over the summer I checked out a copy of the Tao Te Ching

Whenever I feel stressed, I take it out and read a chapter. I then transcribe the chapter and put it in a binder. If I have time, I'll usually lie back on my bed and meditate on the chapter for half an hour or more

I find it does a lot to help calm my mind

Well over two thirds of this thread are five skinny-fat nerds who all sit in the back of their lecture halls playing minecraft on their laptops. They don't socialize and are generally awkward around people.
