Ep7 establishes the existence of a hidden villa where Beato I lived. Kinzo, in his obsession, would certainly not have gotten rid of it, and Yasu, as the true heir, would know about it.
Ep4 establishes that Eva needed money after the Rokkenjima incident, which means she likely didn't take the cash card off of Kyrie's corpse. Beyond this, Yasu could also get money by intercepting the letters.
Money, as well as a place to live are the two primary things Yasu would need urgently to establish her identity as Ikuko in a plausible fashion. She has the means to acquire both. There is nothing objective that can place the existence of Ikuko before the Rokkenjima Incident. This, objectively, means it is possible.

We know nothing about Ikuko's age, in fact, she's often described as youthful. Feel free to explain further, though.
