I couldn't possibly name a single favourite. My tastes tend to vary. Loli mostly, but different styles.

Sometimes it's things like noraneko no tama, noise, mizui kaou or nagare ippon. sometimes sasayuki or mekongdelta. or maybe akkan-bi, bosshi, wanyanaguda.
i also enjoy nekonomori maririn way too much despite the art being quite low-quality. tsumagomi izumo is another guilty pleasure.
harukaze soyogu is also a great artist despite the rest of gust's artists being shit.
behind moon, .7, and katou jun are great for futa.

loli ero mangakas i don't like that much include inuboshi, hoshino fuuta and nanana nana. sorry!
