hey controller anon, for drilling the panel, so that the buttons go in "properly" do I make the hole on these edges? this may sound kinda obvious, but I just wanna be 100% sure

but I looked at my 30mm buttons and they don't have the plastic screw bit, so how do I j-j-jam those in?
