Nope, one h-scene at the start of the first game and that's it.
That said, once you beat the one operations they give you a link to a poll to ask which heroines you'd like fandiscs for and she's an option. I voted for Baltha.

Wow, she's literally me.
Did they really not get Unica's VA back for this or give Rouge any lines in Des's mini-fandisc? That's kinda lame.
This feels like something that should've been in EB and not sold separately a year later.
