I'd say Mayu and Jurina do about the same amount of work. Jurina does it with more energy and passion, Mayu does it more cute-like.

Mayu is the most well rounded member AKB has left the next one in line is Jurina Matsui. Both can play whatever role they need to when they appear on tv show that day they are not one-dimensional they are every dimension. Their talents go beyond what fans think they can only achieve.
