Nevermind, I'm retarded. The only actual thing I saw about the licensing was Haro's answer on her AskFM, so I don't have any legit sources. The Japanese developers made a voiceless digital release, but released a physical one year prior with full voice acting.

Would appreciate it if anyone has more info. Is it licensing issues or simply gimping a digital release?
