Just going to ask again since it's been a few days, but has anyone gotten the animations for the Boin series of games (Tsuma to Mama to Boin, Hime to Boin, etc.) from GJ to not blackscreen?
I'm on windows 10, using locale emulator/tried switching locale, compatibility mode, etc. and nothing. No weird characters in my folder names either.

How the fuck do I get the animations for this POS to work in-game?
I always use locale emulator, got codecs, no fucky characters in the folder name, nothing, just blackscreens in game when I try and replay some scenes that have 'em.
Seems it's not the only game from G.J? to suffer from this either. I'm sometimes able to get one to work after reinstalling but then replaying that same scene it just never works again, game is also laggy as fuck 99% of the time.
My only other guess is that it's shitting the bed because I'm on Windows 10, but I haven't had this happen with other games before, even if they are older.
