You cannot convince me that Matsuri is not a skinwalker at this point.
Her roommate probably died some week before they all started playing RUST or maybe around the time she got her new 3D outfit. Also notice how she skyrocketed in popularity out of nowhere and other holos seemingly started liking her even those who had their reservations before. She's charming people.

I would also like to point out that her personality and voice changed drastically from just a couple of months back. She's been acting way to strange. She's just like that able to differentiate between acceptable behavior and unacceptable something that she struggled greatly with before.
