Well the annoncement the day before is done specially for comfy events where comfy discussion between the members and the fan are possible. Like the karaoke event that was limited to 33 persons. Or the "let s hang together in Yoyogi"/"Pick up the trash in Shibuya". Annoncing event the week just before is pretty standard for a lot of bands on the other hand
