Generally runs are split between a half of waiting for everyone to join, gamemodes with stuff like racing and varying flavors of shooting people, and finally a brief wind-down time where you can do whatever and we occasionally mess with scripts broken to varying degrees. We also occasionally watch movies.

Honestly it hardly feels like it. I still remember the very first thread and the first few runs perfectly, thinking there would only be like 4 people showing up. Never would have thought at the time we'd still be playing this together 3 years later, but here we are. But I'll save the soapy sentiments until after the anniversary run.
